Reysan Atlantic ®, which provides materials and machinery for the industry, has adopted as a management and work model a Quality, Environmental, and Food Transport Safety Management System, focused on customer satisfaction and product safety. The goal is to supply products suitable for food safety, specifically those used in food processing, to ensure competitiveness, continuity, profitability, growth, and leadership in its field of operation.

To achieve these goals, Management is committed to maintaining certification for a Quality, Environmental, and Food Transport Safety Management System, including sustainable development goals, in accordance with the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 10002: 2018, and the IFS Logistics V2.3 standard, June 2021, as a means to effectively manage human, technical, and administrative factors that impact the quality, environment, and food transport safety of its products and services, and sustainable development objectives.

The Integrated Management System Policy of Reysan Atlantic ® is focused on being a leader in industrial distribution, meeting customer needs at an optimal cost while also considering the requirements of the management committee and suppliers.

The Quality, Environmental, and Food Transport Safety Management model adopted by Reysan Atlantic ® develops its policy based on the following principles:

  • Customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Customer focus is an essential, permanent, and priority goal, encompassing various aspects of service quality. Customer service must be a belief and a reference framework considered by every member of the company to foster stable and long-lasting relationships with current clients and attract new ones. Stakeholders such as business partners, suppliers, and employees are also considered to strive for continuous improvement.
  • Pursuit of continuous improvement and sustainability. By identifying opportunities for improvement in technological innovations and customer relationships, promoting environmental responsibility, and focusing efforts on controlling, correcting, and preventing non-conformities, optimization becomes the ultimate goal.
  • Human factor. Active communication, participation, and teamwork at all levels of the company are fundamental to implementing Quality, Environmental, and Food Transport Safety Management.
  • Employee responsibility. Employees are responsible for executing and supervising the Food Safety Culture and following applicable procedures according to relevant standards.
  • Information and training. Providing planned and ongoing training and information on integrated management and food safety systems is essential. Achieving quality, environmental, and food transport safety requires highly qualified, motivated, and responsible personnel who take pride in their work and commitment to the company’s mission and values.
  • Product safety. Supplying products suitable for food safety and preventing food fraud through management systems. These products are essential for processing food but are not food items themselves.
  • Commitment to environmental protection. Reysan Atlantic ® is committed to protecting the environment and preventing pollution.
  • Commitment to legal and other requirements. Reysan Atlantic ® commits to reviewing and complying with legal and other requirements arising from its activities and certifications.
  • Commitment to Food Safety Culture. Reysan Atlantic ® is committed to educating and informing its organization and relevant stakeholders about Food Safety Culture and its application to the company’s products.
  • Commitment to handling customer complaints, receiving and resolving them effectively.
  • Commitment to allocate resources for efficient and effective customer complaint handling.
  • Commitment to transparency in handling complaints and informing customers about their processing and outcomes.
  • Commitment to objectivity in complaint handling.
  • Filing a complaint will always be free for customers.

Sustainable development addresses how we must live today to ensure a better future, meeting present needs without compromising future generations’ ability to meet theirs.
