SV-3100 professional splitter-bandsaw for the meat industry, especially for cattle, in cutting line, whose cutting system is by endless belt. This belt is cleaned and cooled through water jets oriented towards it. It allows a great freedom of movement, thanks to a support in which the counterweight equipment is connected.
It has a watertight control cabinet with ventilation, general switch, emergency stop and luminous voltage indicators (start and stop of the thermal relay) in which the control, protection and transformer equipment is located.
The movement is activated by means of the maintained pressure of two pushbuttons located respectively in the two handles (EN-574). In addition, it is equipped with a safety system on the drive pulley cover that prevents the saw from starting to run if the cover is not closed.
