The Pasteurization and Sterilization Kit is a compact, robust and easy-to-use system, designed to control the temperature in sterilization or sterilization processes. pasteurization. Once the temperature data has been recorded, it is transferred to a PC via a USB interface. The software allows you to manage and analyze the data in a simple way, even facilitating the automatic calculation of F0 lethality values. The kit includes a high temperature recorder, an interface, evaluation and programming software, and a calibration certificate at 12 reference points.
