Advantages of the Dräger Pac® 6000
Single gas detector
- For personal air monitoring.
- Detection of carbon monoxide, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide.
- Shelf life up to two years.
Great performance for maximum security
Dräger Pac 6000 is completely safe. Personal single-gas detection equipment warns of dangerous concentrations of carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, or oxygen with high accuracy and reliability.
Powerful sensors, with a very low t-90 response time, guarantee a fast reaction. The Pac 6000 is versatile thanks to its extensive measurement range.
Easy handling thanks to clear user guidance
The D light indicates if the function of the device has been verified and if it is working. ready for use. The housing has also been designed with an emphasis on safety: each type of sensor in the Dräger Pac 6000 is clearly and clearly color-coded, reducing the possibility of errors.
Robust design, even for the most demanding conditions
The Pac 6000 can handle the most extreme conditions with ease: depending on the sensor, it can tolerate temperatures from -40°C to 55°C and air pressures between 700 and 1300 mbar.
A membrane filter protects the sensor from the ingress of foreign elements, such as dust and liquids. The shockproof and chemical resistant housing meets the specified requirements of the IP68 standard.
Easy to use display with all important information
The large, textless display clearly indicates the concentration of the respective gas. Other important data such as remaining operating time and battery capacity are also displayed. Its backlight allows a clear reading of all values in the dark.
Alarm 360° with various functions
If the Dräger Pac 6000 detects dangerous gas concentrations, it emits an audible, visual and audible vibration alarm. Two bright, flashing LEDs on the top and bottom of the device ensure that the alarm is easily visible from any angle. The acoustic signal reaches a volume of 90 dB.
The display can show the highest concentration that has been measured at any time. Previously registered alarms can also be retrieved, even when they have been validated.
In addition to the standard setting threshold, the Pac 6000 with oxygen sensor features two additional alarm thresholds.
Event logger for analysis and reporting
The Dräger Pac 6000 records concentrations and events along with the date and time. The data can be downloaded to a computer via an interface for further processing.
Low operating cost
All versions of the Pac 6000 are equipped with DrägerSensors® extraordinarily durable, and with a powerful battery. The life of the Dräger Pac 6000 begins when it is first activated. The device is automatically deactivated after two years. To extend its useful life, a license is available.
The Pac 6000 is resistant to water, dust and other foreign bodies thanks to its special membrane filter. When the filter becomes dirty, you can replace it yourself quickly and easily. The device will be ready. ready for use in just a few moments.
Quick test run saves time and money
Bump tests and calibrations can be carried out particularly efficiently using the Dräger X-dock® The automatic functional tests of the X-dock station are a practical and cost-effective solution due to their short duration and extremely low test gas consumption. Simply place the Dräger Pac 6000 on the test run station and the correct setting is automatically selected.
