This multi-purpose fish skinner is available with a range of different toothed rollers to suit your application.
For skinning all types of fish fillets such as Alaska Pollak, bream, carp, cod, catfish, grouper, herring, hake, Mahi Mahi, mackerel, perch, pike, salmon, snapper, tilapia, and others.
It allows defining which type of fish or combination of different fish species to determine the appropriate toothed roller.
