3M VFLEX MASK WITH VALVE

Mask with valve for protection against particles. Thanks to its filtering valve, it provides effective respiratory protection for use in industry where workers are exposed to environments where there may be solid particles and/or non-volatile liquid particles.

Model FFP1 NR D

• Maximum Workplace Exposure Limit (WEL)*: 4.
• Maximum filter penetration: 20 %.
• Maximum total inpatient leakage: 22%.
• Respiratory resistance of respirators shall not exceed the following limits:
  • Inhalation at 30 l/min: 0.6 mbar.
  • Inhalation at 95 l/min: 2.1 mbar.
  • Exhalation at 160 l/min: 3.0 mbar.
• After carrying the necessary amount of dust (obstruction), the respiratory resistance of the respirators shall not exceed the following limits:
  • Inhalation at 95 l/min: 4.0 mbar.
  • Exhalation at 160 l/min: 3.0 mbar.

Model FFP2 NR D

  • Inhalation at 30 l/min: 0.7 mbar.

  • Exhalation at 160 l/min: 3.0 mbar.
• After carrying the necessary amount of dust (obstruction), the respiratory resistance of the respirators shall not exceed the following limits:
  • Inhalation at 95 l/min: 5.0 mbar.
  • Exhalation at 160 l/min: 3.0 mbar.

Warnings and limitations of use

• They do not contain natural rubber latex components.
• Do not protect against gases/vapours.
• Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
• Do not use for respiratory protection against unknown or immediately hazardous atmospheric contaminants/concentrations.
• Do not use with beards or other facial hair that may inhibit contact between the face and the product avoiding a good seal.
• Do not clean, alter, modify or repair this device.
• Before initial use, always check that the product is within its stated service life (use by date).
